Shipping Information
Your order will be processed by us as quickly as possible and shipped with DHL. You can enter your delivery address when placing your order.
You can check the availability of our products on the respective product page.
Germany:
- For orders over 60 EUR, shipping is free.
- For orders under 60 EUR, we charge a flat rate of 4.90 EUR per order within Germany.
Austria:
- For deliveries to Austria, we charge a flat rate of 4.90 EUR per order.
- For orders over 60 EUR, shipping is free.
Europe:
- For deliveries to other European countries, we charge a flat rate of 13.90 EUR per order.
Worldwide:
- For deliveries to the rest of the world, we charge a flat rate of 19.90 EUR per order.
Returns
You may return unopened products to us within fourteen days. “Unopened” means that the safety seal on the packaging must still be intact. Please note that we currently do not cover return shipping costs. Please include your order number (starting with P) and the reason for return so we can process it more quickly.
