Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (phc skincare GmbH, Kaiserswerther Straße 132, 40474 Düsseldorf) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for the refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must only pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound to the loan agreement if both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed when we are simultaneously your lender or when your lender makes use of our cooperation regarding the financing. If the loan has already been paid out to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender will take over our rights and obligations in relation to you under the financed contract. This does not apply if this contract concerns the purchase of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currency, or derivatives). If you want to avoid binding yourself contractually as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you have a right to withdraw from it.

Please note the following general instructions for returns:
Clarification: Following these instructions is not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal according to the section “Right of Withdrawal”.

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in your possession, please use another suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and avoid potential compensation claims due to improper packaging.

Please note that we can only refund unopened products!

If your order included free gifts, please return them as well to receive a full refund. If you keep some items, we can only grant a partial refund.

Returns for Claims:

If items arrive damaged (e.g. broken glass) or show other defects, you may of course file a claim. Please contact our customer service and include your order number.
